Yes. Indulgence VIP is strictly 21+.

Every member and guest must present valid government-issued photo ID before entry.

No valid ID = no entry.

This applies even if you:

• Have attended before
• Are an existing member
• Have already purchased admission
• Are personally known to staff

Government-issued photo ID is verified for identity and age. Indulgence VIP does not routinely photograph, scan, copy, or retain an image of your ID.

No exceptions.

Privacy is a core part of the Indulgence VIP experience.

During live events and Lifestyle Orientation, personal cell phones must remain put away and unused anywhere inside the club.

If you need to make a call, send a message, check your phone, or use it for any other personal reason, please step outside.

Photography, video, audio recording, and livestreaming are strictly prohibited during live events and Lifestyle Orientation.

This applies throughout all guest-accessible indoor areas, including:

• Main social areas
• Upstairs VIP/play areas
• Private rooms
• Hallways
• Washroom areas

Guests may keep their phones with them; they simply must remain put away while inside.

Unauthorized recording is a serious privacy violation. Confirmed unauthorized recording falls under Indulgence VIP’s zero-chance policy and results in permanent loss of access.

Indulgence VIP also does not conduct promotional photography or video during live events. Promotional shoots take place separately, outside event hours, with explicit participant consent.

Outside food and drinks are not normally permitted inside Indulgence VIP.

Management may approve an exception for a legitimate medical or dietary need, or for a specifically approved event.

Outside alcohol is not permitted.

Guests do not need to bring their own bottled water — complimentary bottled water is available at the club.

Legal cannabis follows the club’s separate outdoor-use policy and is not permitted indoors.

Consent is required for all physical and sexual contact at Indulgence VIP.

Consent must be:

• Explicit
• Enthusiastic
• Voluntary
• Ongoing
• Freely given
• Reversible at any time

Consent to one activity does not mean consent to another.

Membership, attendance, flirting, nudity, clothing choice, VIP access, private-room access, or being in a play area never implies consent.

If someone says no, withdraws consent, or sets a boundary, that boundary must be respected immediately.

Confirmed serious consent violations fall under Indulgence VIP’s zero-chance policy and result in permanent loss of access.

At Indulgence VIP, we ask guests to dress for the club and look their best. Your overall look should be clean, polished, and appropriate for the evening.

Not permitted as regular club attire:

• Ripped jeans
• Light blue jeans
• Hats of any kind
• Athletic, running, or jogging shoes
• Tracksuits
• Obvious gym, yoga, or workout attire

Jeans in colours other than light blue are welcome when they otherwise suit the club atmosphere.

Clean fashion or dress sneakers may be appropriate.

Leggings are welcome when styled as part of a polished club outfit rather than obvious athletic wear.

Management-approved theme nights may have specific dress-code exceptions.

If your outfit does not meet the dress code, you may leave, change, and return to the same event without repurchasing admission, provided you otherwise remain eligible for entry.

Not alone.

Normal upstairs VIP eligibility is available to:

• Silver members
• Gold members
• Diamond members
• Active Visitor Pass holders

Eligible Weekend Pass couples also receive VIP access during covered events.

Bronze membership alone does not provide upstairs VIP access.

A single individual may not enter the VIP area alone and must be accompanied by another eligible guest or partner.

Everyone entering the VIP area must independently qualify for VIP access. An eligible member or pass holder cannot bring an otherwise ineligible guest upstairs.

VIP access never implies consent, sexual interest, participation, or guaranteed interaction.

Harassment, threats, intimidation, stalking, unwanted following, and other behaviour that makes someone feel unsafe are not tolerated at Indulgence VIP.

If you feel unsafe, uncomfortable, pressured, followed, threatened, or harassed, tell any staff member or security as soon as possible.

For discreet assistance, you can simply ask:

“Can I order an Angel Drink?”

You do not need to explain the situation publicly. Staff will discreetly help move you to a safer area and determine what support you need.

Confirmed serious harassment, threats, stalking, intimidation, consent violations, or other serious safety misconduct fall under Indulgence VIP’s zero-chance policy and result in permanent loss of access.

If the facts are not yet clear, the individual involved may be removed and temporarily suspended while management reviews the incident.

If there is immediate danger or a serious emergency, emergency services will be contacted when necessary.

Personal belongings must be stored in the provided lockers. A lock with key will be granted to the user of the locker. A lost key replacement fee of $5.00 will be applied in the event that a key needs to be replaced.

Members and guests are expected to drink responsibly.

Indulgence VIP may refuse entry to or remove anyone who appears too intoxicated or significantly impaired to safely participate, follow club rules, behave safely, or give meaningful consent.

If someone is removed or denied entry because of intoxication or impairment:

• No re-entry is permitted for the remainder of that event
• No event refund is required
• Staff may help arrange a safe ride or contact a trusted person when reasonably possible
• Emergency services will be contacted when medically or otherwise necessary

A single intoxication incident does not automatically result in a permanent ban.

However, serious conduct, consent, safety, or privacy violations that occur while intoxicated are still subject to Indulgence VIP’s zero-chance policy. Intoxication is never an excuse for violating club rules.

Repeated intoxication incidents may also result in management review.

Pre-registration is preferred, but eligible walk-ins are welcome when physical capacity remains.

Every guest must be fully registered and verified before entering the club.

Walk-in guests must complete registration at the door, including:

• Legal name
• Date of birth
• Phone number
• Email address
• Valid government-issued photo ID verification
• Required club-rules acknowledgment
• Admission/payment requirements

No guest may enter before registration and verification are complete.

Indulgence VIP expects all guests to follow respectful hygiene and safer-sex practices.

For shared seating and play surfaces:

• Use a clean towel, sheet, or approved barrier between bare intimate areas and shared furniture
• Use a clean barrier during sexual activity on shared play surfaces
• Clean and disinfect shared surfaces after use with club-provided supplies
• Place used towels and sheets in the designated collection area

Indulgence VIP provides complimentary condoms, lubricant, towels, sheets, and other approved safer-sex supplies while available.

Barrier use between consenting adults is strongly encouraged, but is not generally mandatory.

Guests are responsible for making their own informed sexual-health decisions and communicating directly with partners about boundaries, barrier use, and relevant sexual-health information.

Indulgence VIP does not guarantee another guest’s sexual-health status.

If a significant bodily-fluid spill occurs, notify staff so the area can be properly taken out of use and sanitized.
