Welcome to Indulgence VIP, a premier space dedicated to providing a safe, enjoyable, and respectful environment for adults. By becoming a member or visiting the club, you agree to adhere to the following policies and guidelines. Please read them carefully to ensure a comfortable and secure experience for all members and guests.
Club Policies:
1. Age Requirement
All members and guests must be 21 years of age or older. Valid photo identification will be required at the time of entry for age verification. No exceptions.
2. Consent and Physical Contact
No means no. Any form of physical contact without explicit, enthusiastic consent is strictly prohibited. If any member touches another individual without permission, they will be immediately removed from the premises and their membership will be revoked without refund.
3. Dress Code
At Indulgence VIP, we strive to maintain un upscale and elegant atmosphere where every guest can feel comfortable and enjoy a premium experience. To ensure the integrity and ambiance of our club, we enforce a strict dress code for all members and guest.
Men's Dress Code
No running shoes: Please wear dress shoes, loafers, or smart casual footwear.
No blue jeans: Light blue denim jeans are not permitted. opt for tailored pants, chinos, or dress trousers.
Collared Shirts required: Polo shirts, button-down shirts, or smart casual tops are preferred.
No Hats or Caps: Baseball caps, beanies, or similar headwear are not permitted in the club.
Smart casual or formal attire is strongly recommended to maintain a refined atmosphere.
No athletic wear: Gym cloths, tracksuits, or any form of activewear are not allowed.
Members and guests are required to adhere to a respectful and appropriate dress code. Club management reserves the right to deny entry to anyone whose attire does not meet these standards.
Women's Dress Code:
No running shoes: High heels, elegant flats, or stylish boots are recommended.
Elegant attire: Dresses, blouses, or chic tops with tailored bottoms are preferred.
No baseball caps: This includes beanies, and toques.
No athletic wear: Sportswear, leggings, and tracksuits are not permitted.
Cocktail or evening wear is highly encouraged for our upscale look.
General Dress Code Guidelines for Men and Women
No casual or ripped clothing, No excessive logos
Smart casual to formal is recommended.
4. Respect for Privacy
Respect the privacy of all members and guests at all times. Photography, videography, or any form of recording is strictly prohibited in all areas of the club to ensure everyone’s privacy and comfort.
5. Following Staff Instructions
All members and guests must follow staff instructions. Staff members are present to ensure the safety and comfort of everyone. Failure to comply with staff requests will result in immediate removal from the premises.
6. VIP Lounge Area Policy:
To ensure an exclusive and comfortable environment for all guest, entry into the VIP Lounge Area is restricted to individuals who are NOT accompanied by a partner. Single individuals will not be permitted entry unless accompanied by another guest. This policy is in place to maintain a welcoming and respectful atmosphere for all attendees.
7. Lockers
Personal belongings must be stored in the provided lockers. Indulgence VIP is not responsible for any lost or stolen items. Ensure your belongings are securely stored.
8. Responsible Drinking
Members and guests are expected to drink responsibly. Intoxication to the point of disruptive behavior will result in immediate removal from the club.
9. No Outside Food or Drinks
No outside food or beverages are permitted on the premises. All drinks and food must be purchased from the club’s licensed bar and restaurant.
10. No Illegal Substances
The possession, use, or distribution of illegal substances is strictly prohibited. Any member found in violation will be immediately removed and banned from the club.
11.No Harassment or Discrimination
Harassment of any kind, including verbal, physical, sexual, or emotional harassment, is strictly prohibited. This includes any behavior that makes another person feel uncomfortable or threatened. Immediate removal and revocation of membership will occur for anyone violating this policy.
12. Guest List Verification
All guests must be verified on the guest list before entering the club. No unregistered guests will be allowed entry.
13. Emergency Fire Exits
Please familiarize yourself with the emergency fire exits upon arrival. Evacuation procedures will be communicated in case of an emergency. Safety is our top priority.
14. Wristband Policy
Members and guests must wear their wristband at all times while on the premises. Failure to do so may result in being asked to leave.
15. Health & Hygiene & Personal Responsibility
By accessing or participating in any VIP experience, all guests acknowledge that they do so voluntarily and at their own discretion.
Guests agree to assume full responsibility for their personal health, hygiene, and individual choices.
We maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation; however, we make no representations or warranties regarding individual health outcomes. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we expressly disclaim any and all liability for illness, infection, or other health-related conditions that may arise from or in connection with personal interactions or private engagements.
By proceeding, all guests confirm their understanding and acceptance of these terms in full.

Indulgence VIP maintains a private, refined environment for its guests; however, we accept no responsibility for lost or stolen personal belongings, nor for any injuries that may occur while on the premises.
Guests are expected to exercise discretion and sound judgment in all matters relating to their personal well-being. All decisions and interactions remain entirely the responsibility of each individual.
Any presence within the venue, and any interactions or activities that may occur, are undertaken strictly at the guest’s own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Indulgence VIP disclaims all liability for personal conduct, individual choices, and any health-related matters.
