Cancellation Policy
Hourly Bottle Service Reservation Policy 1. Reservation Requirements All hourly bottle service reservations are subject to a $250 secure deposit. This ensures accurate bookings and keeps the bottles free for those who may have missed the chance to book. Deposit: A non-refundable deposit ($250 minimum) is required to secure your reservation. Age Requirement: All guests must be 21+ with valid government-issued ID. 2. Time Slots Reservations are made in hourly increments with a minimum of 1 hour per booking. Guests may extend their reservation (subject to availability and additional charges). Late arrivals will not extend the reservation period. Time begins at the confirmed reservation start time. 3. Table Hold Policy Tables are held for 15 minutes past the reservation time. After 15 minutes, the table is subject to cancellation and may be given to waiting guests. The deposit is forfeited in this case. 4. Bottle Service Includes Choice of premium spirits, mixers, and garnishes on main floor only. Dedicated space and security. Complimentary mixers (Red Bull, juice, soda) as per package. Upstairs is unavailable for bottle service. 5. Pricing and Gratuity Bottle prices vary depending on the brand and size selected. 20% gratuity and applicable taxes are automatically added to all reservations. Overages beyond the agreed hourly will be added to the final bill. 6. Cancellations & Modifications Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to apply the deposit to a future reservation (within 30 days). No-shows or last-minute cancellations (less than 48 hours) will forfeit the deposit. Reservation time or guest count changes are subject to approval and availability. 7. Conduct and Dress Code Management reserves the right to refuse service or remove guests for inappropriate conduct. Dress code is upscale and strictly enforced. No athletic wear, flip-flops, or excessively baggy clothing. 8. Payment Full payment is due at the conclusion of the reservation. Failure to provide payment in full will result ina permanent and immediate ban. Accepted forms of payment include credit/debit cards and cash. No personal checks accepted.
