All members and guests must be 21 years of age or older. Valid photo identification will be required at the time of entry for age verification. No exceptions.

No means no. Any form of physical contact without explicit, enthusiastic consent is strictly prohibited. If any member touches another individual without permission, they will be immediately removed from the premises and their membership will be revoked without refund.

At Indulgence VIP, we strive to maintain un upscale and elegant atmosphere where every guest can feel comfortable and enjoy a premium experience. To ensure the integrity and ambiance of our club, we enforce a strict dress code for all members and guest.  General Dress Code Guidelines for Men and Women​ No casual or ripped clothing, No excessive logos​ Smart casual to formal is recommended. Men's Dress Code No running shoes: Please wear dress shoes, loafers, or smart casual footwear​ No blue jeans: Light denim jeans are not permitted. IE tailored pants, chinos, or dress trousers. Collared Shirts required: Polo shirts, button-down shirts, or smart casual tops are preferred. No Hats or Caps: Baseball caps, beanies, or similar headwear are not permitted in the club. Smart casual or formal attire is strongly recommended to maintain a refined atmosphere.  No athletic wear: Gym cloths, tracksuits, or any form of activewear are not allowed. Members and guests are required to adhere to a respectful and appropriate dress code. Club management reserves the right to deny entry to anyone whose attire does not meet these standards. Women's Dress Code:​ No running shoes: High heels, elegant flats, or stylish boots are recommended. Elegant attire: Dresses, blouses, or chic tops with tailored bottoms are preferred​ No baseball caps: This includes beanies, and toques.​​ No athletic wear: Sportswear, leggings, and tracksuits are not permitted.​ Cocktail or evening wear is highly encouraged for our upscale look.

Respect the privacy of all members and guests at all times. Photography, videography, or any form of recording is strictly prohibited in all areas of the club to ensure everyone’s privacy and comfort.

To ensure an exclusive and comfortable environment for all guest, entry into the VIP Lounge Area is restricted to individuals who are accompanied by a partner. Single individuals will not be permitted entry unless accompanied by another guest. This policy is in place to maintain a welcoming and respectful atmosphere for all attendees.

Personal belongings must be stored in the provided lockers. A lock with key will be granted to the user of the locker. A lost key replacement fee of $5.00 will be applied in the event that a key needs to be replaced.

Members and guests are expected to drink responsibly. Intoxication to the point of disruptive behavior will result in immediate removal from the club.

No outside food or beverages are permitted on the premises. All drinks and food must be purchased from Indulgence VIP.

Harassment of any kind, including verbal, physical, sexual, or emotional harassment, is strictly prohibited. This includes any behavior that makes another person feel uncomfortable or threatened.

All guests must be verified on the guest list before entering the club. No unregistered guests will be allowed entry.

Members and guests must wear their wristband at all times while on the premises. Failure to do so may result in being asked to leave. By accessing or participating in any VIP experience, all guests acknowledge that they do so voluntarily and at their own discretion. Guests agree to assume full responsibility for their personal health, hygiene, and individual choices.  We maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation; however, we make no representations or warranties regarding individual health outcomes. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we expressly disclaim any and all liability for illness, infection, or other health-related conditions that may arise from or in connection with personal interactions or private engagements. By proceeding, all guests confirm their understanding and acceptance of these terms in full.
